ITS ON! 🏐 Men’s Netball will continue on Friday nights throughout the 2026 winter season. We’re proud to keep building opportunities for boys and men to play, compete, and be part of our netball community.

It’s grading and trials season at Mayfield Netball Club! We are excited to get organised for the 2026 NNA season.
Weds 4th February – Juniors training (ages up to 17 years) 5:30pm; Seniors training 6:30pm
Weds 11th February – Juniors trials 5:30pm; Seniors trials 6:30pm
Sat 14th February – Seniors trials 10:00am – 12:00pm
Weds 18th February – Juniors trials 5:30pm; Seniors trials 6:30pm
*Please attend at least 2 of these sessions so the Selection Panel can properly evaluate skills.
Training and trials will be held at the Newcastle Netball Courts, Courts 13 & 14 (National Park side, off Union Street)
Please sign in on arrival, we will have a desk set up – for new players, we will collect name, email, phone number and any playing history and grade preferences.

Mayfield Netball Club is a community netball club in Newcastle NSW, and like all great grassroots clubs, our season is built by people who care 💜

As we prepare for the upcoming season, we’re welcoming Expressions of Interest from community members who would like to get involved in supporting junior netball in a variety of roles, including:

• Coaches
• Assistant Coaches
• Team Managers
• Volunteers
• Umpiring Convenor

You don’t need to have done it before, many of our coaches, managers and volunteers start as parents or local community members who simply want to help create a positive experience for kids playing sport. We provide support, guidance and clear communication every step of the way.

Being involved with Mayfield means being part of a family-friendly netball club in Mayfield NSW that values community, inclusion and development, both on and off the court. These roles play an important part in creating a welcoming environment for players and families across Newcastle.
