As a passionate netball club, We are always eager to find opportunities to elevate our game and compete at a higher level. This time, We set my sights on the NNA Tri Series in Newcastle. This prestigious competition allows us to showcase our skills against top teams in the area. We couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity

A Significant Step: The Planning Meeting

On October 5th, our team gathered for a crucial planning meeting. We brainstormed strategies, identified our strengths, and discussed the demands of the upcoming process. Every detail mattered, from our training schedules to our team dynamics. We realized this meeting represented our first significant step toward the tri-series.

The Application Process: Putting Our Best Foot Forward

After that initial meeting, the real work began. We submitted our application on October 26th. The process involved carefully outlining our team’s capabilities and achievements, which included winning 2 Grand Finals in Senior Division 1 in the past two years.

We spent countless hours perfecting our EOI. I wanted to convey not just our technical skills but also our passion for netball and commitment to competing at a higher level. Submitting the application felt like both a relief and anticipation. Would our hard work pay off?

The Waiting Game: Anticipation Builds

Now came the hardest part: waiting for the decision from NNA, expected by December 5th. This is not just about playing netball. It's about growth, teamwork, and pushing ourselves to new heights.

Follow-Up Meeting: The Countdown Begins

As the announcement date approaches, we have scheduled a follow-up meeting for December 5th. This meeting would serve not only as a check-in but also as a way to assess our next steps of planning into the new year.

With the announcement date imminent. We are focusing on various strategies, securing players and coaches, readying ourselves for the fierce competition Tri Series is known for.
